PAYMENT CONDITIONS

¯    25% of the total amount to be paid upon inscription.

Rest of the total amount to be paid one month before departure

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

¯    32 Days before departure no cancellation fees

¯    30 Days before departure 10% of the total amount will be charged

¯    15 Days before departure 50% of the total amount will be charged

¯    1 Week to 48 hours        100% of the total amount will be charged.

 

 

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR VISA

¯    Application form from the Japanese Embassy dully filled and signed.

¯    Passport valid minimum for 6 months.

¯    1 Photo, (Passport size photo 45mm x 45 mm).

¯    Recent bank statement stamped and signed

¯    Working Certificate (for working people).

¯    Hotel Reservation + Tour program (issued by Gazelle Tours)

¯    Round trip airline reservation (issued by Gazelle Tours)

 

NOTE: Luggage conditions

¯    Due to buses and transfers between several cities in JAPAN, passengers are entitled of one suitcase per person, not exceeding twenty Kilos of weight (20 Kilos) each.
